The Short Version
Tan siding, cream garage doors, and dark trim that made a good house look older than it was. We reworked the exterior top to bottom, and filmed the whole thing. Same footprint, completely different first impression.
The Starting Point
A Solid House Behind a Dated Face
The house had great bones and a great setting, with mountain views right off the front lawn. From the street, though, it read tired. Tan siding, heavy cream garage doors, and dark trim flattened everything and hid the home behind it.
So we brought the whole exterior current. Crisp light-grey siding, bold black garage doors, and clean modern trim gave the house edges and contrast it never had. The same rooflines and windows suddenly looked intentional.
